Ships from affiliated warehouse. (Saitama) If we send a shipment request by 12:00 PM, we can ship it on the day, but it may be the next day. We try to ship as soon as possible. Shipping is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Lagimusim's products are sold at wholesale stores, some of which are trusted. If there is any initial defect in the product or if there is a request for return of goods due to customer's convenience, please contact the shop where you purchased it directly.

Returned goods for customer's convenience will be refundable. The return shipping cost in that case will be borne by the customer. Please contact shop@lagimusim.com first within 7 days after receiving the product. Next, please ship by "prepayment".

Refundable condition: unused item. Within 7 days after receipt. (Sale items are not eligible for return refund)

Required for return: receipt or proof of purchase.

-Refund processing may not be possible if more than 8 days have passed since the date of purchase due to system limitations. Please contact us within 7 days after receipt.

-You will be notified by e-mail when you have finished receiving the returned product. If you do not meet the refundable conditions, we will not be able to process the refund, so if you are uncertain please contact us by email before shipping. We will issue a refund to your credit card or the original payment method within a certain number of days provided that you meet the refundable criteria.

After confirming the returned product, we will refund the returned product price.

* Please note that shipping and handling fees at the time of payment are not refundable.

Note: If you choose convenience store settlement or bank transfer,

* Refund amount after deducting refund fee (¥ 600) I will do it.

Shop Payは初回購入した際に、クレジットカードなどのデータを保存することで、次回以降の購入時にクレジットカードの番号を入力することなく購入ができる仕組みです。

当店では「Shopify」というプラットホームで構築され、決算ではShopifyペイメントを利用しています。（Shopifyは世界175か国で100万を超えるビジネスが展開されています。）Shopifyペイメントの機能としてShop Payがあります。

Google Payアカウントをお持ちの方のみご利用いただけます。

PayPalアカウントをお持ちの方のみご利用いただけます。

ご利用いただける決算方法は以下の通りです。

当店でお買い物の決算時に「次回の購入のために情報を保存する」にチェックを入れてくださった方は、次回「ログイン」できるようになります。

「ログイン」をすることで再び情報を入力する手間が省け、さらに注文履歴を見ることができます。

「NEWS」から入荷の目安をご覧いただけます。

売り切れになっている商品には「再入荷通知」というボタンが表示されます。そちらにメールアドレスをご記入頂くと入荷した際にメールが届きます。

Lagimusimは、ほぼセール販売を行いません。ですのでクーポンを配布することはほとんどございません。
