購入にお進みいただいたのちに、住所を入力しても「住所エラー」が表示され先に進めないトラブルが複数回確認されています。ご不便をおかけして申し訳ございません。 そのようなことが起きてしまったら、 lagimusim.shop@gmail.com　宛に ・ご購入希望商品 ・送り先のお名前/住所/お電話番号 をメールいただけましたら、エラーを回避した状態で決算に進めるリンクをお送りいたします。 ご不便をおかけして申し訳ございません。 また、そのようなトラブルが起きないよう原因究明に努めます。 よろしくお願いいたします。

メールアドレスの変更とメール受信のエラーについて

メールアドレスの変更について 本日2023/7/6よりメールアドレスの変更を行いました。 （変更前）shop@lagimusim.com （変更後）lagimusim.shop@gmail.com     受信エラーについて 下記の日時に受信メールのエラーが発生した可能性がございます。 2023年7月6日2:47 また、近日メールの返信がないとInstagramのDMで教えてくださった方がいらっしゃいました。そのため今日までの間に他にも受信メールのエラーが発生していたことが考えられます。 受信した際は必ず返信を行っております。もし返信がない場合は受信できていなかった可能性がございます。大変申し訳ございません。   受信エラーの原因 原因は、"メールサーバーの容量オーバー"です、メールサーバーの整理ができていなかったことにあります。 対処と対策 利用しているメールアドレスのプロバイダーをGoogle(Gmail)に変更いたしました。容量無制限ですし、管理もしやすいので、今後再発がないように努めます。   今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。
